This power unit is designed for small and medium-sized lifting platforms, and is composed of high-pressure pumps, AC motors, multi-purpose integrated blocks, hydraulic valves, fuel tanks and other components. The lifting platform is controlled by an electromagnetic discharge valve, and the descending speed is controlled by a built-in balance valve. The spare manual release valve is used to turn off the power. It is widely used in stackers, small and medium lifting platforms and various industrial fields.
This device is the standard configuration of many dump trailers and can directly replace most power-up/gravity descent applications. Its high-quality starter ensures long life and quick start every time. The service life of the motor is long, and the fuel tank is specially designed to not crack and leak under severe conditions.

Any abnormality was observed when jogging the motor. In the actuator, under no-load conditions, start the electric, short-circuit test, check whether all components are running smoothly, and confirm and correct them after gradually loading to normal operation.
Precautions:
When a hydraulic power unit produced in the factory leaves the factory, the system pressure has been set. If you want to change, the user can adjust the system pressure regulating valve through the knob according to their actual situation, but it must not exceed the nominal pressure of the system.
Check the connection of the motor and solenoid valve carefully. Pick-up is strictly prohibited.
During the first installation and commissioning, the oil level of the internal fuel tank must be maintained. After a working cycle, the fuel tank should be replenished, but not overfilled.
Special attention should be paid to the power supply characteristics for electrical and solenoid valve connections (AC and DC voltages and symbols are the same). The shell of AC motor must be grounded reliably, and grounding operation is prohibited. Pay attention to waterproof and moisture-proof motor junction box. Turn on the motor at the back end of the motor for the first time to check the direction, and rotate to the counterclockwise direction. It is forbidden for the motor to reverse and run without oil.
When the cylinder hydraulic oil must be filtered, the filtering accuracy should not be less than 25 microns.
The power unit cannot filter the impurities in the hydraulic cylinder. Therefore, the inside of the hydraulic cylinder must be clean. So as not to cause valve failure. The tubing must also be clean.
